Refund policy

Shipping Information

The parcels are shipped via Elta Courier.
The shipping cost is €4 for delivery to the shipping address, with an additional €1 for cash on delivery (parcels up to 2kg).

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can occur under the following circumstances:

A) Before completing the order, during the online ordering process, you can leave the checkout page and stop the ordering process.

B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been shipped, you can send an email to info@cherry-sweetheart.gr, and one of our team members will handle the cancellation of your order.

Returns / Product Replacements

Returns are possible due to a defective product or if there was an error in your order (for example, if you received a different product from what you ordered).

To complete the return of the item, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from www.cherry-sweetheart.gr.
  3. A defective product is replaced only with the same product or with another one by agreement.
  4. The consumer has the right to request an unconditional refund according to point 8a.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email at info@cherry-sweetheart.gr to clarify the details of the return. When contacting us, please provide the purchase receipt number and the product code.
  2. You are required to send a photo via email, which we will provide to you, so that we can have a better view of the situation and confirm the acceptance of the return.
  3. Package the product securely to ensure it is protected during shipment.
  4. If the product is defective or there was an error in your order, send the parcel with the courier company we will specify, using the customer code we will provide, and the shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by our company only in the case of our mistake or a defective product. In all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
